Active Essex
Our offer will be launched and ready for bookings Monday 30th September at Midday.
Their half term programme welcomes school aged children (4-16yrs) who are eligible for benefits based free school meals or from ‘low income’ working families, to book onto our activity clubs and enjoy physical activity, enrichment sessions and food education. Our smaller half term programme is funded by Essex County Council, therefore less spaces are available and prioritised for children and families who require the extra support.
We have a total of 19 clubs in West Essex: 7 clubs in Harlow, 6 in Epping and 6 in Uttlesford.
Who is eligible for half term clubs? – Children and young people who are eligible or receive pupil premium, benefit based free school meals or income-related benefits can be booked onto our activity clubs, although, clubs may offer discretionary paid places and paid for places, so there is something for everyone at an Essex ActivAte club!
How do parents’ book onto a club? – Parents will not receive or book on with their Holiday Activities voucher code for half term holiday clubs. To book children a space, families will use the Essex ActivAte website and find their area and book on with the link, email or contact number provided by the club directly. Follow here to go directly to the booking page. (once LIVE)
