Complaints
The Tower School is committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers in order to deliver the highest standards in education. Whilst we strive to achieve the very best welfare and education provision for all pupils it is recognised that there may be occasions where concerns arise. The school is committed to responding to any concerns both promptly and courteously.
A copy of the school’s Complaints Policy is available above. This sets out clear timelines for the management of any complaint.
We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy which is available from the school office or for download from the school website.
