Welcome to The Tower School. A nurturing, small school with big aspirations for its pupils.
Welcome to The Tower School
The Tower School is an independent specialist day school, supporting up to 62 children and young people aged 11-18 with Autism and co-occurring, complex needs.
All pupils who attend our school have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP). We accept referrals from Local Authorities only but do hold regular open mornings for prospective parents wishing to visit and consider The Tower School for their child.
Following a formal Local Authority consultation, any decision on suitability of placement is made in line with SEN Code of Practice, taking into careful consideration the school’s ability to meet the special education needs of each child.
If you would like more information about our school offer, or to attend a parent open morning please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our school is built on trust and partnerships between pupils, parents, teachers, support staff, clinicians, and our wonderful local community. As well as providing an enriching and varied education, the school is proud to offer an environment which inspires learning where students can flourish.
Young people attending The Tower School will experience a great combination of education, support and life skills which will provide them with those strong foundations to succeed. The schools highly skilled team tailor our curriculum to each young person’s needs and talents, to ensure they leave with the qualifications and life skills they need to support them on their next steps.
