🥗 Kitchen Update: Salad Bar in Full Swing!

We’re excited to share that our brand-new salad bar is now fully up and running – and it’s already a hit with the students! They’ve been enjoying the opportunity to customise their meals with a variety of fresh ingredients and tasty toppings.

This week brought an extra special treat: we featured freshly harvested radishes, picked and prepared by students that very morning from our flourishing allotment. It has been wonderful to see their pride in contributing to the menu!

Beyond the delicious choices, this new setup is also helping students build valuable life skills. By serving themselves, they’re learning independence, decision-making, and proper buffet etiquette – all in a fun and engaging way.
