This week in Key Stage Three, Pagoda and Turret have been reading ‘Krakus and the Dragon’ as part of their ‘Myths and Legends’ scheme of work. The class have enjoyed watching a claymation version of the story and then using this as inspiration for their own creations. We have been learning about synonyms and collective nouns. Well done!

Our Key Stage 3 pupils have been engaging so positively with their Speaking, Listening and Communicating lessons! Citadel and Lattice pupils enhanced their non-verbal communication skills and promoted their perspective-taking and listening skills, whilst building healthy and light- hearted competitiveness during charades. Turret and Pagoda students improved their bonding opportunities through the animated enjoyment of role play; interpreting peers’ body language and paying close attention to their facial expressions.
