Local Fire Station visit at The Tower School – 25.10.2024

On Friday 25th October, the local Fire Station is visiting to discuss career opportunities in the Emergency Services, with a focus on the Fire Service. A fire engine will be parking in the car park and pupils will have the opportunity to talk about prospective career opportunities such as skills, qualifications, training, salary, day-to- day activities and responsibilities.

A social story will be shared with pupils in advance. Please note that the sirens will not be turned on during the visit; if there is a local emergency, then the visit will need to be re-arranged, due to the fire engine needing to go and help!
