The Tower School Allotment

We are thrilled to announce that the School Allotment will be open for the whole School to use from 24th April 2025.

Pupils have been working incredibly hard getting the allotment ready for Spring. The landscaping is now complete, and we have started to grow our very first seedings. A HUGE thank you to our allotment group Heidi, William, Lewis, Bella, Jack, Jamie S, Brandon, Ethan W, Cody and Lexi who have attended all winter, even in the cold weather. A special mention also to Edward who has recently joined the group but has already made a huge impact with his helpful suggestions and positive work effort.

We are hoping the allotment will produce bumper crops which we can use in cooking lessons and in the school kitchen. Furthermore, the space will also be used as an outdoor classroom, with seating and shade to enjoy lessons in the fresh air.
