PFA Trip to Wagamama

Pupils from Martello and Obelisk classes had a fantastic first Preparation for Adulthood (PFA) trip to Wagamama in Harlow last week. They got a hands-on experience of what it’s like to work in a busy restaurant, from making fresh juices to measuring ingredients for their own stir fry, and watching it being cooked live by the chef over the flaming wok.

The session also highlighted the importance of healthy eating, with a focus on fresh ingredients, balanced meals, and nutritious choices. As a bonus, every pupil left with their very own Wagamama tote bag and apron which was a perfect souvenir from an inspiring day!
