BTEC Food Tech Skills

Our BTEC Level 2 Food Technology pupils have been very busy in the kitchen this week, creating a delicious meal of vegetable fried rice with a side salad.

Sam and Aston from Obelisk did exceptionally well, managing multiple ingredients at once. Well done to you both!
