This week in Food Technology, the BTEC Level 1 pupils have been assigned a pastry treat! The requirement was to make a sweet pastry that allowed a filling of chocolate. Pupils kneaded the pastry and shaped it into wells before baking them, then made the chocolate filling. Well done everyone!
